The Lion King To Begin May 5 at Mandalay Bay

The Las Vegas production of Disney’s THE LION KING. The eagerly awaited sit-down production will begin at the Mandalay Bay Theatre stage and will celebrate its official opening May 5. It will join the seven other highly successful companies of THE LION KING currently running all over the world, including New York, London, Hamburg, Paris, Tokyo and Fukuoka, as well as the North American National Tour.  Tickets On Sale Now at Click2Vegas.com and other Las Vegas locations.

Disney hand-selected an international cast of performers for the Las Vegas production who have won acclaim in productions of THE LION KING around the world, including New York, Taipei, South Africa, London, Los Angeles, Australia, Toronto, Shanghai, Paris and Holland. The cast includes 9 South African natives, and three ensemble members, Joseph Rivera, Renata Renee Wilson and Deon Ridley all from Las Vegas.

Final Days For Elton John the Red Piano

Elton John final engagement of his hit show “The Red Piano.”  to end April 22.  Tickets are still available for the final few days from Click2Vegas.com.  A spokesman from Click2Vegas.com says while Las Vegas ticket sales are reported down they are seeing an increase due to upcoming events such as Taylor Swift, Metallica, U2 and the UFC 98 and 100 events.  Tickets are also selling fast for the upcoming fight, Manny Pacquiao vs. Ricky Hatton in May and people buying last minute tickets to see Elton John.

Serendipity 3, one of New York City ’s most beloved eateries with more than 50 years of history, opened at Caesars Palace on Monday, April 6.  Situated nearest Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo Rd , Serendipity 3 offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience, adjacent to the iconic fountains of Caesars Palace and aside the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip.
